What is a campaign and what is a survey
Campaign and a Survey are the same. We term it as a campaign as you might create questionaire for a Survey, Feedback or for Polling.
What are the basic requirements for me to conduct a survey
If you are able to see this page clearly, you already have all the computer hardware and software needed to launch a survey. In addition to this you would need a Credit card or a Debit Card or PayPal Account to Top up your account to conduct enough surveys.
How many Campaigns can I create with my Account
You can create 5 Campaigns initially when you register with us. However, after you had used up all the three survey campaigns, you can request for an increase in number of active campaigns.
How to edit my campaign
Edit your campaign using Edit Campaign link available on left hand menu in view Details page of the Campaign.
How many questions can I create in a Campaign
There is no limit on number of questions you can create per campaign. Our system monitors for any misuse and might impose a limitation.
How many Answers can I have per question?
You can have up to 10 Answers per Question
Why am I asked for Security Question and Answer during Registration
Security Question and Answer will be used to authenticate your ownership over the account during request for reset password.
Where can i see my transaction history
Click on My Accounts Tab, If you have any transactions, it would be displayed on the same screen in a tabular format. You have to be logged in to use this feature.
How to check if i have an sufficient amount of money in my account
Click on My Accounts Tab, Your account balance is shown in the same page. You will also be alerted by email when your account value reaches less than 50 cents and again at 10 cents. You have to be logged in to use this feature.
Where can i take my survey
If you are creating a Survey, we recommend to use Try survey feature. This looks exactly the same as your customers would see. Try Survey does not deduct any credit from you account. Copy the Survey link and pass it on to survey takers to take the survey.
Why am I redirected to PayPal.com website when I want to do a payment?
PayPal is our payment processing Agent. PayPal uses highly secure way of collecting and processing payments. They accept most of the Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Transfer from Bank Accounts in some countries. We would not capture or store your Credit Card information making every transaction very secure and risk free.
How to delete my account
Send an email to support@mycura.net, if you wish to terminate your account. Your account would be inactivated in 3-5 business days.
Can i use my credit cards to Top-up my account
Yes. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card and payment by PayPal Accounts.
How to Top-up my account using card
You would be redirected to PayPal website for payment, you have to just follow the instructions available on their website. Alternatively, you might also refer to https://www.paypal.com/sg/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_home-customer&nav=1
